Orders less than $300 will incur a $30 surcharge to any capital city.
Deliveries outside capital cities will incur an additional freight surcharge of $15 per consignment.

Returns Policy

Claims for return of goods will be considered if written notification of the claim is received by NCC Apparel within seven days of the customer's receipt of the goods and the goods are returned to NCC Apparel in the same condition that they were delivered within 30 days.

NCC Apparel may refuse any such claim or choose to repair or replace the goods rather than credit the customer's account, in its sole discretion.

Claims will be considered for goods:

that are defective due to faulty materials or workmanship
damaged or misplaced in transit
if accompanied by original invoice, or nominated before claim can proceed

Return of goods will not be accepted if goods:

have been embroidered, printed or altered in any way from original or laundered
are damaged in the laundering process or care instructions have not been strictly adhered to that are discontinued styles
have been subjected to rigours considered outside normal wear and tear
are customer specific indent lines which have been made to order

NCC Apparel Pty Ltd has no control over the end use of any of the products we provide. The performance of all products offered in our ranges is independently tested for conformance in accordance to Australian and New Zealand standards. Garments however can diminish over time through general soiling, UV exposure, and failure to adhere to the specified care instructions as attached to all garments.

Customers should implement their own independent testing by a qualified authority to determine that their selected garment is suitable according to the intended end use. Measurements and colours are indicative and provided as a guide only.

NCC Apparel Pty Ltd has made every endeavor to ensure accuracy at time of printing however, in the pursuit of continuous improvement, changes will be made from time to time without prior notice.

NCC Apparel's liability in respect of the goods is expressly excluded and/or limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. NCC Apparel will not be liable for any loss of profits or consequential damages.
